The Ultimate showbiz crush of John Lloyd Cruz

During the guest appearance of John Lloyd on Vic del Rosario and Karen Davila’s DZMM show in 2013, the actor revealed that his ultimate showbiz crush was in fact, Mylene Dizon.

Without hesitation, John Lloyd Cruz answered the juicy question from the show’s hosts but provided no explanation. At that time, he was still in a relationship with his now ex, Angelica Panganiban.

John Lloyd Cruz also revealed in the same interview that his biggest dream was to become a good provider for his family someday. His dream is already in the making when Ellen Adarna gave birth to their child.

“Hindi lahat na may chance o nabibigyan ng pagkakataon. Suwerte mo kung kaya mong mag-provide sa pamilya mo.”

He added that such a feat would be difficult. He recalled hearing in the past that growing up poor in the Philippines gives you a much smaller chance to live a comfortable life.

Furthermore, John Lloyd discussed how he knows that his career in show business is not going to be permanent. He believes that losing his fame is unavoidable and that he’s very much prepared to accept it once it happens to him.

“Kasi dun naman kami lahat pupunta, e, hindi naman ’to forever. Alam ko na a long time ago na hindi naman ‘to [showbiz fame and success] habangbuhay.”

At present, John Lloyd is on indefinite leave from ABS-CBN.

Reasons Why Some Dogs Have Different Eye Color

For gbnewsph, humans and dogs are not just best of friends. Both also share the same qualities and even unique traits and one of these is the eye color. There are just unique things that could happen and sometimes it can be treated as unusual ones. Having different eye color is just one of the unusual cases for dogs and humans. In dogs this phenomena is called Heterochromia.

Although it may appear as an abnormality, there are few cases of Heterochromia that indicates illnesses. Dogs’ eye color depends on the level of melanin present in the iris, which is actually the same with humans. A high level of melanin could give a brown eye color or the usual color of dogs’ eyes.

Meanwhile dogs with light blue or green indicates low level of melanin. The levels of melanin on each eye can be different with one another thus there are some dogs who don’t have the same eye color. One eye can be brown and the other one can be blue or green.

Dogs that were born to have different eye colors fall in the congenital case. Heterochromia can actually be passed through generations. If you got a dog having such condition since it was a pup, the most probable reason is that its parents either have the condition or even both of them. However there are also cases when Heterochromia can be acquired. It can happen in an occurrence of a disease such as glaucoma, cataract, or even the failure of the optic nerve to develop.

Heterochromia is much more common on dogs with lighter coat. It can again be explained due to the levels of melanin. The color of the dogs coat is still part of the melanin’s coverage. One of the most common dog breed to have a different eye color is Siberian husky. However it can still occur even to those who don’t have light coat.
